For work that crosses several tools, several people or several judgement calls, guessing is expensive. Discovery is the paid, structured step where we learn your business properly — and you get a written scope and a fixed price before anyone commits to anything.
what it is
a structured session, not a sales call.
Sixty to ninety minutes, prepared for in advance. Beforehand you fill a private questionnaire — your own link, at your own pace, saved as you go — so the session starts from what you've already thought about rather than from introductions. We map your workflows, the friction points, who touches what, and what a working system would actually have to do.

Two minutes on the form: what you need, what already exists, where you're stuck. No call required to get this far.
your discovery link arrives
A private, structured questionnaire — yours alone, no login, saved as you go. It asks the questions we would otherwise spend the first half of the session asking.
the session
60–90 minutes together. We map the workflows and the friction, and pull apart the parts that only look simple. You'll be asked why more than once.
a written scope
A summary of what we found and a proposal with scope, timeline and price — agreed in writing before any work begins. Both are archived in your desktop, so the decisions stay findable a year later.

The summary is yours whether or not you go ahead with us. It's a useful document on its own.
